I love to watch Studio Five (on KSL), and they always have great recipes. Every Wednesday they have a segment called "Living on Less." The lady shares 3 recipes that can be made from things on sale in the Macey's add. You can find all these recipes, and lots of others, on their website studio5.ksl.com
The weekly Macey's finds are under the button "Living on Less" and there are lots of other recipes just listed under the "Recipe" button.
